I have been a coordinator for over 20 years and a detail oriented person for life. I graduated from Marquette University in Marketing and Management and continued on to the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago achieving a degree in Culinary Arts. I got married in 2014 in our family home and we now have two cute sons! My passion is planning events from start to finish. Culinary art is not only a part of my job but also one of my favorite things to do in my free time. Growing up I always loved to throw a great party and who knew that my passion would one day turn into a profession that I love!

CAROLINE

Caroline has been an event coordinator at Belvedere since 2005. She attended Fordham University in New York City where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. She then went on to receive her Master’s Degree at Loyola University in Chicago. Caroline is the marketing director and graphic designer at Belvedere and also specializes in full service off premise caterings. Caroline held her wedding reception at the Belvedere in December 2008 and is happily married with three children. When she’s not event planning or working at our sister location, Cefalu Seaside Sicilian, she loves spending time with her husband and kids.

I started planning social events in 2011, and when I got married at Belvedere I knew I wanted to become a wedding planner. With my experience planning social events, such as Bar Mitzvahs, Christmas Parties, Birthday Parties, showers, etc. I have the combined experience of a planner and a past bride of Belvedere! When I’m not planning your events, I’m spending time with my family and Bones, my labrodoodle!

KARLY

Weddings have always been a passion of mine! Ever since I started watching “Say Yes to the Dress” in 7th grade, I have always wanted to work in wedding & events. I started at a Bridal Boutique as a wedding dress consaultant in 2018, and now I am working my dream job as an event coordinator at the most beautiful venue! I got married in October 2022, so I am very familiar with the ins and outs of wedding planning! I truly love every aspect of your event; from tours, menu planning, floor plans, and everything else that leads up to your big day! When I’m not helping plan your events, I am spending time at home with my husband and husky!

At the age of 18, Cathy started working as a server and has worked her way up to being an excellent event coordinator for us here at the Belvedere. She attended the University of Illinois at Chicago majoring in Liberal Arts. She has been married for 45 years, has three adult children and nine grandchildren. She has planned many spectacular events and has an incredible eye for design. She truly anticipates the opportunity to plan your next event whether it be a wedding, shower, corporate event, holiday party or wine tasting, she has done it all!
