Belvedere requires a room rental fee for those events that do not have a combination of food and beverage
minimum in their package

Conference Room
1-3 Hours – 8 am till 4 pm ($200)
Full Day – 8 am till 4 pm ($300)

Suite 2,3, or 4
1-3 Hours – 8 am till 4 pm ($400)
Full Day – 8 am till 4 pm ($900)

Suite 1
1-3 Hours – 8 am till 4 pm ($750)
Full Day – 8 am till 4 pm ($2400)

Grand Ball Room
1-3 Hours – 8 am till 4 pm ($4000)
Full Day – 8 am till 4 pm ($7200)

When looking for a wedding venue, we hoped to find a formal venue within our budget, with good food, an open spacious floor plan, and hotel accommodations nearby. Belvedere Banquets had it all! We looked at only 3 venues and we knew Belvedere was it. We met with Jodi but encountered several other employees along the way and all were professional, personable, responsive and welcoming. The cocktail hour and space for cocktail hour was perfect. The grand ballroom was beautiful and had plenty of space for our guests. And the food was EXCELLENT! All of our guests have been raving about the food - a big ticket item on our checklist. I would highly recommend Belvedere Banquets!

We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all at the Belvedere and everything turned out better than I could have ever imagined! We worked with Lorna and she was beyond amazing.
