From your first contact with Belvedere, one of our wedding professionals will be by your side during the planning process and on-site on your special day. Our dedicated professionals are here to assist you with all of your needs including the engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, after party and post wedding brunch. Your Belvedere event coordinator will help you reserve your dates, plan your schedule of events, coordinate your menu, décor and all other details. Our in-house culinary team works hard to create delicious customized menus for every occasion.

Linen & Table Decor

Belvedere provides floor-length linen for all dining and specialty tables. A diagram of the reception layout will be provided to you so table arrangements can be made. Custom linens can be arranged with your specific colors for an additional fee.

Our complimentary centerpieces consist of a beautiful cylinder vase with a floating candle, 3 votive candles and your choice of colored rose petals.

from intimate to grand

Suite I – Seating from 200 to 350 guests, Suite 1 offers floor length windows with a view of our outside terrace. The outside terrace is directly accessible from Suite I where guests are invited to mingle outdoors amongst blooming trees, flowers and a flowing fountain. Guests often enjoy using our terrace for cocktails and even their ceremony! Suite I also offers a staircase leading up to a bridal suite that provides a perfect opportunity for photos, and a large custom bar for your guests libations.

Suite II -Simple and subtle, Suite II offers seating for 100-180. With a custom bar and included bridal suite, Suite II is best for smaller events that call for a more intimate setting.

Suite III & IV – A fireplace surrounded by mosaic tiles, these suites are perfect as a ceremony backdrop, as well as an ideal setting for photos! With a romantic staircase leading from the second level private bridal suite into the space, Suite III & IV offer seating for 200-350 guests.

Grand Ballroom -Combining all suites into one large banquet hall gives you the Grand Ballroom that offers seating from 600-1000 guests. This is a perfect setting for larger events where you can use the entire space for seating, or for couples who would like to customize this space for both their dining and cocktail hour.

Hotel Accommodations

Belvedere Events & Banquets offers hotel accommodations just down the hall! To add to the ease in planning your wedding, we are connected to a hotel and are more than happy to share the hotel’s contact info, so you may assist your guests by setting up a hotel block.

Personal Items

Belvedere’s professional event planners are with you every step of the way.  As your big day draws near and on your special day, we are here to ensure your day flows seamlessly, so you can be a guest at one of the most important days of your life. We would be happy to setup your every detail, including champagne flutes, cake cutters & servers, your guestbook, favors, table numbers and place cards.

When looking for a wedding venue, we hoped to find a formal venue within our budget, with good food, an open spacious floor plan, and hotel accommodations nearby. Belvedere Banquets had it all! We looked at only 3 venues and we knew Belvedere was it. We met with Jodi but encountered several other employees along the way and all were professional, personable, responsive and welcoming. The cocktail hour and space for cocktail hour was perfect. The grand ballroom was beautiful and had plenty of space for our guests. And the food was EXCELLENT! All of our guests have been raving about the food - a big ticket item on our checklist. I would highly recommend Belvedere Banquets!
